the whole point of the comic is to ironically point out the hypocrisy of "police brutality", and how soft of a society we have become, where in a crime, we are more worried about the state of the criminal than actually giving justice for the victim of a violent crime

and when we become soft, we let lawyers take advantage (as well as bad parents) by opening up lawsuits that dont do anything but help create a victim complex

and once that victim complex arises, minority-on-minority crimes are once again blamed on white people
