i say no, its just abstract philosophy (you feel like this just because statistics says people like you go down a certain path)

well, anxiety and relaxation depends on your experience

if you got a suspicious bachelors in neurosurgery from Western Buttfuck Community College, then you would be worried while on the job

if you got youre 5th MD in Neurosurgery from Harvard Medical School, then youll be fine

i'm pretty sure if you do not have some sort of anxiety over having the life and death of a person in your hands you are a robot

you aren't the only surgeon

and as long as you dont hit the CNs by accident, or the brainstem, then it wont be too bad (just take a lot of sodium afterwards)

this does not mean that you will not make a mistake

its a social science
